霍政欣,中國政法大學教授、博士生導師、國際法學院副院長,兼任聯(lián)合國教科文組織觀察員、英國阿伯丁大學國際私法研究所研究員等職,主要研究領域為國際私法、比較法、國際文化財產(chǎn)法等,入選2012年度“教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃”及中國政法大學首批“優(yōu)秀中青年教師培養(yǎng)支持計劃”。 作者于2005年畢業(yè)于武漢大學,獲國際法學博士學位;學習及工作期間,曾赴奧地利、荷蘭、美國、韓國、英國等二十余個國家的高?;蜓芯繖C構進行長期或短期訪問研究,已出版中英文專著四部、譯著三部;在“American Journal of ComparativeLaw”、“Intemational&Comparative Law Quarterly”等國際主流法學刊物上發(fā)表英文論文二十余篇;在《法學研究》、《法商研究》、《法學評論》、《比較法研究》等國內(nèi)權威及核心法學刊物上發(fā)表中文論文、譯文及評論六十余篇;曾獲第五屆中國高等學??茖W研究優(yōu)秀成果獎三等獎、中國國際私法首屆優(yōu)秀學術成果獎一等獎、北京市第十屆、第十三屆哲學社會科學優(yōu)秀成果獎二等獎、湖北省第六屆哲學社會科學優(yōu)秀成果獎二等獎、中國政法大學優(yōu)秀教師特別獎、中國政法大學第三屆青年教師優(yōu)秀科研成果獎一等獎、中國政法大學第四屆青年教師教學基本功大賽一等獎等獎項。
