  跨文化交際學,是一門新興的交叉學科,涉及人類學、心理學、語言學、傳播學、社會學等學科。從20世紀60年代開始,跨文化交際學快速發(fā)展,成為高校紛紛開設的熱門課程。目前而言,為本科學生編寫的跨文化交教材不少,但尚未有專門針對高職高專學生的?!犊缥幕虅战浑H》適用于高職高專層次商務英語和國際貿(mào)易專業(yè)的學生,可作為跨文化商務交際相關課程的教材。根據(jù)人才市場的變化,商務英語專業(yè)正在進行專業(yè)改造和課程體系的改革,使本專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案不斷優(yōu)化,以適應市場的需要,這將進一步要求學生突出跨文化交際的應用能力這一特色。本教材以任務型的案例分析法為主,注重事實和學生的學習主動性、參與性、師生間的互動性,旨在增加商務類學生的跨文化意識,克服文化沖突,提高跨文化交際水平,從而增強國際商務競爭能力。《跨文化商務交際》通過一個個具體典型的商務案例及經(jīng)典的跨文化事件分析討論,加深學生對不同文化的認識,增加跨文化敏感性和實際交際能力,同時激活思維,培養(yǎng)學生發(fā)現(xiàn)和分析問題的能力,選擇的案例注重典型性、實用性、趣味性和時代感,以應用能力為目的,對較深的理論概念不作深入的闡述,而是通過案例說明,緊密聯(lián)系商務活動中的實際問題,突出應用能力的培養(yǎng),案例來源于國內(nèi)外近期出版的相關專著、教材、報刊雜志、網(wǎng)絡等。
